The humble beginning of this school started in 1984, headed by Mrs. Isabelita M. Calope the Founder/President up to the present. Ladies Educators Club headed by Dr. Henrietta B. Sumalbag, of which Mrs. Calope is a member, has a burden to help the government in eliminating illiteracy especially in the remote area of Payatas of which she reside, thus PICA conceived with 12 starting pupils. After five (5) years of serving the community through quality education, the number of pupils grew tremendously with 86 enrolees that Mrs. Calope has to hire a teaching aide to meet the needs of the pupils. Though there was much struggle in finances, physical, trials and problems within the community, Mrs. Isabelita M. Calope never gave up for in her heart she knew that God is in control and she is just an instrument of His mission to
